Title: Investment Banking Senior Analyst Location: REMOTE Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a high performing, specialty boutique investment bank based out of Washington DC with a focus on the ADG space looking to add a Senior Analyst to their team that will be able to work remotely. This individual will be able to gain extremely valuable hands on deal experience while working at a firm that offers a work life balance that is truly unparalleled. The Investment Banking Senior Analyst will be responsible for: • Supporting senior bankers by creating information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches/materials, conducting client due diligence, industry research, and managing buyers list • Assisting in all phases of the transaction process • Supporting new business development and investment banking engagements The Investment Banking Senior Analyst should have: • At least 1 year of investment banking experience in the Aerospace, Defense & Government sector • Strong understanding of financial statements and reports • Excellent technical writing skills and attention to detail • Intellectual curiosity and ability to work independently while collaborating with senior bankers • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of tasks • Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field This role is moving quickly, so if you're interested in this opportunity please apply in directly below!
