Appointment Setter – Real Estate Brokerage

Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our agents. This role is critical to ensuring every opportunity is followed up with quickly and professionally.

Position Overview

The ISA/SDR will be responsible for responding to inbound leads, making outbound calls, nurturing prospects, and booking qualified appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and driven by hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to new inbound leads quickly via phone, text, and email

  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to new and existing leads

  • Qualify buyers and sellers using brokerage scripts and processes

  • Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects

  • Maintain and update lead activity in the CRM

  • Follow up consistently with nurtures and long-term prospects

  • Track daily call activity and appointment metrics

  • Collaborate with agents and leadership to improve conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, SDR, ISA, or call-based roles preferred

  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication and phone skills

  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Performance Expectations

  • 50–150 outbound calls per day

  • Fast response time to new leads

  • Consistent appointment setting

  • CRM updates and lead management
