Front of House Team Member
Our Chick-fil-A Eastpoint team is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team immediately! Our Front Line Team Members are the face and heart of Chick-fil-A, and they must possess great customer service and communication skills. This is for people who are looking for day shift work only. Benefits: Scholarship Opportunity Good grade bonus Meal privileges Uniform provided Starting wage at $16.00 - $18.000/hr Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction Strong communication/verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team members Team members are expected to work on their feet for several consecutive hours Ability to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well independently and in a team environment Proficiency in English language Primary Duties & Responsiblities: Enthusiastically greet guests Accurately take and fulfill orders Deliver food within a timely manner Front line training includes, but is not limited to: cashier/register duties, Drive-thru, bagging food, preparing milkshakes Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and Health Department procedures at all times Follow all Team Member Handbook Policies Cash and coupon accountability Ensure restaurant cleanliness Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
