This includes providing the highest level of technical and functional expertise in an HR System specific domain. Skills • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software • Proficiency in systems analysis and defining technical requirements • Experience in leading teams and complex projects • Ability to convert IT terminology into business case terms • Excellent communication and mentorship skills Responsibilities • Resolve complex problems within HR applications and drive implementations. • Lead the development of integrated HR solutions to meet architectural standards. • Support integration and user acceptance testing for large-scale initiatives. • Mentor and advise others throughout the HR system development lifecycle. • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. • Serve as a technical expert to resolve escalated issues. • Participate in developing solution strategies and roadmaps. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software. • 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis and leading teams.
