Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via live chat and email, responding to customer queries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering a variety of customer questions and providing prompt and accurate solutions to their problems
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Working independently to manage your workload and meet performance targets
  • Collaborating with our team to share knowledge and best practices, and to continuously improve our customer support processes
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate solutions to customers

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required (we provide comprehensive training)
  • A device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • 5+ hours availability per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support
