The successful candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills and will be an effective communicator. Youll also have proven post-qualification experience within a pharmacy environment. This will be a full-time position where youll be working 40 hours per week over 4 days. What Youll Be Doing Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team. Ensure the pharmacy service is organised and running smoothly. Provide support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers where appropriate. Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community. Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively. What Youll Bring Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Proven post-qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment.
