Job Overview
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a wide variety of customers, receiving inbound calls, and using an outbound dialer system. You will provide excellent customer service, critical thinking, and solution-focused support to our customers, while also educating and arranging repayment schedules to meet department goals and deadlines. Key Responsibilities
* Interact with customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their inquiries and concerns

- Perform collection activities in accordance with state and local collections laws, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence

Requirements
