Job Summary:

This role requires extensive travel and the ability to carry heavy loads safely and efficiently.

Description & Responsibilities:

As a CDL Class A Flatbed Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a heavy commercial truck. The job includes securement of cargo, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, adherence to regulations regarding size, weight, and break periods. The driver will also need to maintain logs of their travel and ensure that the cargo is delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements:

– Valid CDL Class A license

– Minimum 1-year verifiable driving experience

– Clean driving record

– Ability to handle physical workload

– Strong work ethic

– Proficiency with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.)

– Adaptable to changing schedules and destinations

Education:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 1-year experience driving a flatbed truck is preferred.
