We are currently seeking an Amazon Logistics Courier to join our expanding team at Amazon. We are one of the world’s most customer-centric companies, where customers can find and discover anything they might want to buy online and our team endeavors to make that experience even better.

Description:

The Amazon Logistics Courier is a vital part of our delivery and customer satisfaction team. You will be responsible for delivering Amazon packages to our customers timely and safely, providing an outstanding customer service experience, and representing Amazon to the public in a professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Load and unload Amazon packages to be delivered.

2. Navigate through routes using GPS devices.

3. Deliver packages to customers while ensuring their signature for receipt.

4. Ensure timely delivery of packages.

5. Adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

6. Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 21 years old.

2. Have a valid driver’s license.

3. Able to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs).

4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Previous courier experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

3. Good driving record.

Experience:

While previous courier experience is beneficial, it is not required. Training will be provided.
