Job Description:

As a Part-Time Floater, you will support multiple departments within our organization, filling in wherever necessary to ensure smooth operations. This position requires adaptability, quick learning, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Your role will be crucial in maintaining productivity and efficiency throughout our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Fill in for absent staff in a variety of roles as needed.

2. Quickly learn new tasks and procedures to effectively carry out responsibilities.

3. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor regardless of the role you are filling.

4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

5. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adjust to changing roles.

3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

4. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

5. Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Experience:

While no specific experience is required, a background in warehouse or retail work is beneficial. Training will be provided for the appropriate candidate.
