Bilingual Concierge Specialist - REMOTE

Compensation: $17 per hour for English speakers... $17.75 per hour for bilingual speakers (English/Spanish or English/Creole) Job Type: Remote position; must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S. Seasonal, temporary role Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and compose email messages for agents. • Manage team calendars and schedule appointments using MS Outlook. • Distribute messages and make outbound calls to confirm event attendance. • Schedule appointments using various web tools and MS Office. • Assemble marketing materials and perform clerical tasks, including creating shipping labels, sorting mail, and stocking supplies. Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in a call center and remote work environment is required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and web-based tools. • Prior customer service and call center experience in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage schedules and calendars efficiently. Experience Required: • Experience working with the public, including seniors. • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or a related field.
