This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business. These roles involve leading key initiatives, developing and executing business plans, and ensuring organizational alignment across all functions. Provide technical leadership and guide the team in executing manufacturing processes. ? Champion the implementation of the new PSQRR placemats across current and future launches and lead continuous improvement in solutioning left. ? Use placemats to escalate items appropriately and ahead of time. ? Focus on streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce the complexity of PSR/LW/LD and Key Dates File. ? Oversee program timing and monitor progress to ensure transparency across all locations. ? Develop new processes, standards, or operation plans to support business strategies. ? Review launch processes across sectors to gather best practices. ? Ensure process, quality, and safety improvements are fed back into BOP/BOE. Apply Job!
