[Remote] Sr Analyst, Investor Srvcs HFS

The Sr Analyst in Investor Services is responsible for ensuring quality and standards in deliverables related to investor information and capital activity for hedge funds and alternative assets.

Responsibilities

  • Performs daily reviews and executes controls before final deliverables are sent out
  • Completes daily reviews / tasks in a timely manner meeting deliverable timelines
  • Works effectively as a team member but also independently
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters proactively and follows through on projects to completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Works closely with the investor services rep to ensure seamless hand off for review of activity
  • Coordinate and identify breaks / discrepancies with investor team

  • Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred
