Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed technical sales documentation and materials
  • Deliver technology solutions by supporting sales representatives during customer interactions
  • Address more complex customer inquiries with accurate solutions
  • Maintain and improve technical information databases
  • Provide input during product training sessions to bridge knowledge gaps
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
  • Perform detailed product functionality demonstrations
  • Facilitate administrative tasks related to technical sales
  • Contribute to the refinement of technical sales content and presentations
  • Assist in technical training for new team members
