[Remote] Quality Engineer

They are seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and execute testing for software applications, identify software problems, and support cross-functional teams using Agile methodology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute testing for software applications and platforms to identify software problems and root causes
- Design end-to-end test plans, test scenarios, and test cases and upload in Rally
- Document defects for software releases using Rally to track bugs and report defects to developers on a daily basis for timely resolution
- Support requirements gathering for cross-functional teams using Agile methodology
- Participate in product design reviews with Development teams, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to discuss business requirements, test planning and scheduling, resource utilization, and Test Case review and management
- Work with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance to achieve test plans
- Provide data validation using SQL queries to retrieve relevant data from the database
- Set up data for User Acceptance by business teams
- Develop testing programs, assign and track daily tasks, and provide regular status reports to project management and stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Two (2) years of experience in Java, Python, or Node.js
- Two (2) years of experience in Angular, JavaScript, React, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, or Backbone
- Two (2) years of experience in XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Two (2) years of experience in REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs
- Two (2) years of experience in CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps
- Two (2) years of experience in Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles
- Two (2) years of experience in Rally or Confluence
- Two (2) years of experience in Cloud technologies: AWS or GCP
- Two (2) years of experience in MySQL or NoSQL
- Two (2) years of experience in Object oriented JavaScript
- Two (2) years of experience in Writing clean, high quality, high performing, scalable code
- Two (2) years of experience in Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
- Two (2) years of experience in Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Two (2) years of experience in Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization
- Two (2) years of experience in Unit and automation testing
- Two (2) years of experience in Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources
- Two (2) years of experience in SQL programming languages
