We provide structured, instructor-led training in cosmetology through both in person practical instruction and guided online theory. We are seeking a Part-time Cosmetology Instructor who is passionate about education, professionalism, and student success. This position serves as primary in-person classroom instructor and will work closely with administration to maintain curriculum integrity, hybrid program compliance, and student success.
Responsibilities
Maintain prewritten course schedule and timelines Grade homework and provide constructive feedback to students Participate in classroom discussions Answer student questions to the best of your ability, helping students work through problems and find solutions Cultivate a positive learning environment for students Deliver structured in-person practical instruction Support theory reinforcement in a hybrid environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in a teaching position desired Active Florida Cosmetology License Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to multitask, and shift priorities as needed Familiarity with online teaching platforms and grading systems Apply To This Job
