Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued borrowers. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Delivering high‑quality, courteous assistance to customers via phone, in‑person, and digital channels, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex’s standards of excellence.

  • Investigating credit histories, gathering necessary documentation, and processing loan applications in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance, business, or related fields is a plus.

  • Transportation: Reliable personal transportation with valid insurance, enabling punctual attendance at the designated branch location.
  • Physical Requirements: Capability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift/maneuver items up to 20 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
