Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and personable Remote Virtual Receptionist & Data Entry Specialist to serve as the digital front‑line for arenaflex’s IT department and broader corporate operations. In this role, you will manage mail flow, support virtual meeting logistics, create and maintain employee identification badges, and provide exceptional telephone and visitor assistance—all from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Mail & Correspondence Management: Sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and internal communications across arenaflex’s corporate campus and satellite locations.
- Postage & Mail Account Oversight: Manage postage accounts, track mailing expenses, and ensure timely delivery of packages and documents.
- Office Supplies & Common Area Upkeep: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and keep virtual common areas (e.g., shared drives, collaboration spaces) organized and clutter‑free.
