Position Overview – Remote Customer Retention & Sales Specialist
In this fully remote role, you will serve as a Retention Specialist whose primary mission is to turn potential cancellations into lasting relationships. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers who are considering ending their arenaflex services, and you will use your expertise in problem‑solving, sales, and de‑escalation to uncover opportunities, present tailored solutions, and ultimately retain valuable accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
