As a forward-thinking organization operating at the intersection of aviation, data integrity, and regulatory compliance, arenaflex partners with industry leaders to deliver excellence in workforce operations. Whether you are collaborating with federal agencies, refining complex datasets, or helping to shape the future of secure onboarding, your work at arenaflex will matter from day one.

We are currently seeking a meticulous and motivated professional to join our People/HR Division as an HR Compliance Data Analyst with a specialization in fingerprint processing, background screening, and regulatory reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with data, and finds satisfaction in ensuring that every detail is accurate, every record is compliant, and every process runs seamlessly. If you are looking for a position where your analytical mindset, organizational talents, and commitment to integrity will be recognized and rewarded, this opportunity at arenaflex is for you.

Why This Role Stands Out

This position is a key member of the Compliance Team within the People/HR Department. You will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by analyzing requirements, interpreting federal and state guidelines, and communicating actionable insights to internal stakeholders. At arenaflex, compliance is more than a checkbox — it is the backbone of trust between our organization, our workforce, and the regulatory agencies we partner with. You will work at the heart of an operation that ensures our team members meet the highest standards of eligibility, security, and fitness for duty.

What makes this role uniquely rewarding is the blend of independent analytical work and collaborative teamwork. You will have the autonomy to conduct advanced investigations, design custom dashboards, and standardize data workflows, while also partnering closely with colleagues across HR Information Systems (HRIS), Employee Central (EC), and various business units. Every day will bring fresh challenges and the chance to make measurable contributions to the integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with a range of critical duties, including the acquisition of fingerprint and background check results, processing unique fingerprint clearance letters, and maintaining productive relationships with the TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Fax and scan U.S. Customs results with precision, ensuring all documentation is captured accurately and filed in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Enter data into the Access database daily, processing FBI fingerprint submissions while proactively identifying and troubleshooting any database issues that arise.
  • Prepare and analyze HR Compliance data across multiple file systems, collaborating closely with HRIS and Employee Central (EC) system administrators to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct high-level investigations into data discrepancies, generate custom reports and dashboards, and standardize all data inputs used for HR Compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal clients, cross-functional teams, and external regulatory partners on a consistent and proactive basis to address compliance questions and resolve issues.
  • Review completed fingerprint applications for accuracy, verify that all information is correct, and manage the retransmission of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse when necessary.
  • Educate business units on federal requirements, internal and external processes, and expected outcomes to promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
  • Apply company policies and government requirements in a fair, consistent, and transparent manner across all compliance activities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Solid understanding of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) processes and procedures.
  • Prior exposure to the TSA Clearinghouse database and familiarity with how fingerprint-based background checks are processed and validated.
  • Knowledge of CHRC applications and their use in employment eligibility decisions.

Preferred Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to sort and organize complex datasets, construct intricate formulas, and use functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables with confidence.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Access, including database design, queries, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate findings into meaningful, actionable reports.
  • Excellent decision-making capabilities paired with strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex data and compliance challenges.
  • Capacity to apply company policies and federal requirements fairly, consistently, and objectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
