Remote Patient Monitoring / Care Coordinator – Medical Assistant (MA) Med-Kick | Remote | Full-Time

What this job actually is: You're not coming in to chart for hours or run between rooms. This role is phone and data work — reviewing vitals, calling patients, keeping them on track with their care plans. You'll manage a daily caseload of chronic care patients remotely, using real clinical judgment without the physical demands of bedside care. If you've burned out on floor nursing or clinic chaos but still want to do work that matters, this is worth a look. Day-to-day

• Review RPM data (blood pressure, glucose, weight) and flag anything that needs attention
• Reach out to patients monthly — and more often when the data warrants it
• Minimum 15 billable patient conversations per day, or 50 outbound call attempts
• Document everything accurately in the EHR; no shortcuts
• Coordinate with PCPs and specialists when escalation is needed
• Educate patients in plain language and keep them engaged in their own health

What we expect: We'll be upfront - this role has real performance standards.

• You'll spend roughly half your shift on live calls
• A paid 15-minute morning block is required daily for RPM review and planning
• Billable time requires an actual conversation — no documentation without patient contact
• Hours are set, and schedule changes need advance notice
• Activity and call quality are monitored for coaching purposes
• Performance is reviewed weekly

This isn't a flexible-hours side gig. It's a full-time remote position with accountability built in. Who we're looking for

• Active MA (recently retired considered)
• 3+ years in primary care, home health, care coordination, or chronic disease management
• Bilingual — Spanish and English, spoken and written, not conversational
• Florida-based preferred; Miami/South Florida a plus; open nationally to strong candidates
• Comfortable in EHRs and remote monitoring platforms
• Quiet home workspace, reliable internet, no distractions during call hours

Pay MA: $20 - $25/hour based on experience Med-Kick does not currently offer employer-sponsored health insurance. Flexible schedule. 100% remote. Why Med-Kick?
