Sales Development Representative (Fully Remote)

This role is critical in building the foundation of our sales strategy, developing strong relationships with potential clients, and generating new business opportunities. As a SDR, you will work closely with the executive team, including the CEO, to drive our growth trajectory and contribute to our overall success. Who We Are... ConsLog's mission is to provide the most complete, easy-to-use, and customized construction management technology software available. While working for the US Army Corps of Engineers, founder Phelipe Silva experienced the common pains of construction management and recognized the need for better technology. He knew most of the difficulties he experienced could be solved with a properly planned and built system. After successfully building a mobile app for the government and being nominated for the USACE Innovation of the Year award, he decided to make his vision a reality with ConsLog. The company from the get-go has focused on building exactly what the market wants, and prides itself on building highly-customized solutions when needed. Qualifications

Previous sales experience or internship Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence Self-motivated with a high level of drive and initiative Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking. Execute discovery calls and secure the next deep dive meeting Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track all interactions in our CRM system Apply Job!
