Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to prospective students through phone, email, and online chat

• Help students understand program options, deadlines, and the admissions process

• Guide students through the application process, answering questions and offering support

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and data

• Achieve outreach and conversion targets within a remote, team-based environment

Qualifications

• Must be located in or near Saint Paul, MN

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• Prior experience in customer service, admissions, or education is advantageous
