Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our data processing pipeline. Your primary responsibility is to accurately input and verify information from a continuous stream of scanned images and documents into our proprietary QuickClaim system. You will work closely with a collaborative team of analysts, quality assurance professionals, and client service representatives to ensure that every piece of data meets the rigorous quality standards required in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from a constant supply of images into the QuickClaim system, maintaining a high level of precision.
• Identify document types (e.g., claim forms, eligibility verification, medical records) based on provided documentation and internal guidelines.
• Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, flagging any discrepancies for correction.
• Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s privacy policies.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff and, when necessary, with external partners to resolve data-related issues.
• Propose process improvements or enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, or overall workflow effectiveness.
• Complete all assigned tasks for the day, ensuring that no backlog remains at shift end.
• Perform additional basic office duties as assigned, such as organizing digital files or assisting with reporting.

Essential Qualifications

• Self‑Motivation & Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay on task, and meet productivity targets without direct supervision.

• Typing Proficiency: Minimum 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy and 4,500 keys per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy on standardized typing tests.
• Confidentiality Commitment: Ability to protect client data and adhere to HIPAA standards at all times.
• English Fluency: Strong reading and speaking skills in English to interpret documents and communicate effectively.
• Quick Learning: Capacity to grasp new instructions, software tools, and workflow changes rapidly.

Compensation & Schedule

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage of $12 per hour. Both part‑time and full‑time positions are available, with a preference for full‑time engagement. Minimum weekly commitment is 20 hours. Shifts are flexible within the window of 8:00 am – 9:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, allowing you to align work hours with personal responsibilities.
