Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-16

About arenaflex

arenaflex is a forward-thinking organization operating at the intersection of logistics innovation, data intelligence, and remote workforce excellence. With a strong national footprint and a commitment to operational precision, arenaflex supports a wide range of supply chain, distribution, and customer experience functions for businesses across the United States. Our teams are built on accuracy, accountability, and adaptability — values that allow us to move information as efficiently as our partners move packages. As an employer, arenaflex invests in people, processes, and technology, creating an environment where remote professionals can thrive without sacrificing growth, recognition, or work-life balance.

We are currently expanding our remote operations team and are looking for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in clean data, consistent output, and meaningful contribution. If you are someone who enjoys structured work, values precision, and wants to be part of a company that treats remote employees as core team members — not afterthoughts — this opportunity is built for you.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Data Entry Specialist to support logistics and operations workflows from a home-based setting. This is a full-time, hourly role paying $25 per hour, with flexible scheduling and a stable, long-term career path. The selected candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying large volumes of information that keep arenaflex’s internal systems running smoothly. You will work closely with operational leads, coordinators, and quality assurance personnel to ensure every record meets internal standards before it moves downstream.

This role is ideal for professionals with prior data entry experience who are comfortable working independently, managing their own time, and communicating effectively through digital channels. While prior logistics experience is helpful, it is not required — what matters most is your accuracy, speed, and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across multiple arenaflex operational databases and tracking systems.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, audits, and verification procedures to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Review source documentation — including shipment records, invoices, and internal forms — and translate it into structured digital records.
  • Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional colleagues to ensure data consistency, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to gather missing information, clarify entries, and resolve data-related questions.
  • Follow strict data security, confidentiality, and compliance policies in alignment with arenaflex standards.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries as needed to support operational decision-making.
  • Flag recurring issues, process gaps, or system inconsistencies to supervisors and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Maintain organized digital records, logs, and files in accordance with company retention policies.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets while sustaining high-quality output.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar information-handling role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certification or training in administration, business, or computer applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheet tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in numbers, text, and formatting.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivation and discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working remotely for a logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or operations-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ERP systems, or internal tracking dashboards.
  • Experience handling high-volume data entry with strict turnaround times.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., handling sensitive customer information).
  • Comfort with learning new software tools quickly and adapting to evolving workflows.

Skills and Competencies for Success

  • Accuracy-First Mindset: You understand that even a small error can create large downstream problems, and you double-check your work habitually.
  • Focus and Consistency: You can sustain concentration across repetitive tasks without losing quality.
  • Digital Fluency: You are comfortable navigating multiple systems, switching between tools, and learning new platforms.
  • Accountability: You take ownership of your output, meet deadlines, and proactively raise concerns.
  • Collaboration: Even in a remote setting, you communicate clearly, respond promptly, and contribute to team goals.
  • Adaptability: You are flexible when priorities shift and can adjust quickly without losing momentum.

Career Growth and Learning Opportunities

At arenaflex, remote roles are not dead-end roles. We believe in promoting from within and giving high performers a clear path forward. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will gain exposure to logistics workflows, operational reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration — all of which can serve as a foundation for advancement into roles such as:

  • Data Quality Analyst
  • Operations Coordinator
  • Logistics Support Specialist
  • Administrative Team Lead
  • Reporting and Analytics Associate

We also support ongoing professional development through on-the-job training, mentorship from senior team members, and access to learning resources that help you build skills in data management, process improvement, and operational strategy.

Work Environment and Company Culture

arenaflex is built on the belief that great work does not require a traditional office. Our remote-first culture is designed to give you flexibility without sacrificing connection. You can expect:

  • A supportive, inclusive team that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
  • Clear communication, transparent expectations, and accessible leadership.
  • Regular check-ins, virtual team meetings, and opportunities to build relationships with colleagues across the country.
  • A culture that respects work-life balance, personal time, and individual working styles.
  • An emphasis on mental well-being, professional respect, and a zero-tolerance approach to toxic workplace behavior.

You will not be a number on a spreadsheet — you will be a recognized contributor to a team that depends on your precision and reliability.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $25 per hour, paid on a regular schedule.
  • Flexible Work Hours: Coordinate your schedule with your team lead to find a structure that works for your life.
  • Remote-First Setup: Work from home with no daily commute and reduced overhead costs.
  • Paid Training: Get up to speed with paid onboarding and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Career Advancement: Clear pathways to higher-paying roles based on performance and tenure.
  • Supportive Leadership: Access to managers and mentors who invest in your success.
  • Equipment and Tools: Guidance on setting up an effective home workspace (equipment support may be provided based on role requirements).
