Alderson Loop is a Fortune 500 investment management firm seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape and execute their Individual Investors Advice Strategy. The role involves leading growth marketing efforts, developing go-to-market strategies, and enhancing client engagement within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth marketing efforts for advice services, identifying and implementing strategies that drive prospect acquisition, increase enrollment, and accelerate adoption among target client segments
- Identify and evaluate new and emerging opportunities to expand advice offerings, increase client engagement, and drive business growth
- Develop strategic recommendations for future advice capabilities, services, and client experiences across multiple client segments and asset tiers
- Assess market opportunities, client needs, and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategies and investment decisions
- Build business cases and evaluate economics to support proposed advice offerings, growth initiatives, and strategic investments
- Recommend client acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies that increase adoption and long-term client value
- Lead strategy development and positioning for current and future advice offerings
- Conduct and oversee market, client, and competitive research to identify opportunities and validate strategic recommendations
- Define and evaluate advice offer components including service models, feature sets, pricing structures, value propositions, and positioning strategies
- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiated go-to-market strategies
- Recommend and support execution of launch and adoption plans for new advice products, services, and enhancements
- Monitor industry trends, wealth management offerings, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product strategy, or related roles within financial services
- Proven experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Demonstrated success identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities, launching new offerings, or expanding adoption of emerging products and services
- Experience developing business cases, evaluating economics, and making strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
- Financial services industry experience required
- Experience conducting market assessments, pricing analysis, and competitive evaluations
- Wealth management, advisory services, or advice platform experience strongly preferred
- Experience designing, evolving, or commercializing client advice offerings, advisory programs, or service models preferred
- B2C marketing experience preferred
