[Remote] Independent Sales Rep (1099) — Data Center & Industrial Facility Coatings
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ENECON Corporation is a manufacturer specializing in polymer coatings for various industrial applications. They are seeking an Independent Sales Representative to develop an exclusive territory in Central Indiana, focusing on sales to data centers and industrial facilities with a commission-only structure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an exclusive sales territory in Central Indiana
- Sell polymer coatings for corrosion, abrasion, chemical attack, leak repair, and concrete restoration to data centers and industrial facilities
- Build and maintain relationships with facility directors, plant engineers, maintenance managers, and MRO buyers
- Conduct technical and sales training before launch and participate in ongoing training and support
- Utilize marketing collateral, case studies, and lab support for every project
Skills
- 5+ years outside B2B sales calling on plants, utilities, data centers, hospitals, municipalities, refineries, paper mills, or food/beverage facilities
- Existing relationships with facility directors, plant engineers, maintenance managers, MEP/critical-facilities contractors, or MRO buyers
- Comfortable as a 1099 independent contractor — no W-2, no employee benefits
- Self-funded for the first 60-90 days while you build pipeline
