[Remote] Oracle ERP Financial Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus4Tech is seeking an Oracle ERP Financial Analyst to support and optimize Oracle Financials applications, business processes, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and IT teams to analyze requirements, improve system efficiency, and ensure accurate financial data management within the Oracle ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle ERP Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA) and Cash Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders
• Configure, test, and support Oracle Financial applications
• Create financial reports, dashboards and data analyses
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end & year-end financial processes
• Conduct user training and prepare system documentation
• Support ERP upgrades, implementations & enhancements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Skills

• Recent graduates with Finance, Accounting or Information Systems backgrounds
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials or Oracle Cloud Financials
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL, Excel & reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
