Schedule: PRN Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 7727 LAKE UNDERHILL RD City: ORLANDO State: Florida Postal Code: 32822 Job Description: PRN agreement with 2 shift Per week availability with some of those shifts being weekend shifts also rotating holidays and hurricane teams- flexibility is required. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience:
- 1+ acute care hospital setting (ED or PCU). Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
