Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls. You will work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work from home up to 5 days a week, with a hybrid work environment that includes three days onsite and two days at home.

Key Responsibilities

* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls

  • Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
