Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for Streaming Services, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming services on various devices
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of popular streaming platforms
• Utilizing CRM applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
• Working collaboratively with a dynamic team to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and empathetic support to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Technical support experience, including troubleshooting skills and knowledge of streaming services
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with streaming services, including popular platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime
• Knowledge of streaming devices, including smart TVs, streaming boxes, and gaming consoles
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Certification in customer service or a related field

Work Environment and Requirements
