Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and technical skills will enable you to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
- Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for improved results
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $106,605.00 - $206,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
