Job Summary

As a Customer Management Associate Coordinator, you'll work closely with our sales teams, cross-functional teams, and customers to execute all processes associated with promotions, pricing maintenance, and customer database management. You'll be responsible for:

  • Timely, accurate, and complete listing of arenaflex products and pricing and promotional allowances in internal and external customer systems
  • Updating and communicating promotional calendars accurately and timely to all relevant parties
  • Completing contracts supporting each customer and promotional event in an accurate and timely manner
  • Applying proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical skills to support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in assessing the effectiveness of various programs and initiatives
  • Supporting the DOS and KAM team in the Midwest Region on various tasks and duties as required

Key Responsibilities

* Execute all processes associated with promotions, pricing maintenance, and customer database management

  • Work directly with the FLNA Midwest Directors and Managers, cross-functional teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution of promotions and pricing maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in internal and external customer systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions

Qualifications/Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and scheduled tasks
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across multiple levels within the organization and with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools
