Job Summary

As a Process Improvement Specialist on our Pricing Analytics Operations Team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for auditing our system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. You'll work closely with our business and automation technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and you'll be expected to interact with all levels of the organization to achieve process goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Audit operations teams' system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with business and automation technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
  • Interact with all levels of the organization to achieve process goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, data analysis)

  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, data analysis)

  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, or a related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Certification in process improvement (e.g. CPM, PMP)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
  • Bonus: up to 20% of annual salary
