Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Online Chat Specialist. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via online chat, answering questions, and resolving issues in real-time. Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via online chat, answering questions, and resolving issues in real-time
  • Interacting daily with visitors on our client's websites via online chat software
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Staying calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service
  • Handling multiple incoming requests for information in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support

What You'll Need

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
