Engineer- Gas System Engineering
We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Engineer- Gas System Engineering in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves planning and analyzing gas systems, managing construction projects, and providing engineering support for gas distribution.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for the design, assignment of materials, and construction of gas distribution mains and services
- Perform gas system hydraulic analysis using large amounts of GIS and CIS data
- Manage gas construction projects that require Public Service Commission authorization
- Serve as the engineering liaison for the Customer Service, Gas Supply, Gas Control, and Field Operations groups
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (May 2026 Grads will be included)
- 0 to 2 years of relevant engineering experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company standards for driving
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
