Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Representative. This is an entry-level opportunity that requires no prior experience or degree. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to card members over the phone, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and educating customers on arenaflex products and services.

Responsibilities
