Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Making outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats to assist clients with their benefit options and provide exceptional customer service.
• Explaining, updating, and maintaining accurate records on life and health insurance policies to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Delivering a positive and friendly attitude to every interaction, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported.
• Collaborating with your remote team to meet daily and weekly goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and success.
• Staying organized and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance and reporting, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues is essential for success in this role.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized: You will be working independently, so it's essential that you're self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
