What You'll Bring:
As a seasoned Customer Engagement Senior Analyst, you'll bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. We're looking for someone who can:
- Contribute to the full system lifecycle, from customer and sales engagement to requirements gathering, analysis, and solution delivery
- Assist the technical team in developing end-to-end processing solutions that meet customer needs
- Validate batch and online system setup and output, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Analyze and interpret industry changes and their impact on program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery
- Collaborate with technical counterparts to translate technical and functional requirements into actionable solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with ease and clarity
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, decisiveness, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize workload effectively
