Responsibilities:

As an email and chat support agent with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to incoming customer emails and live chat messages using a browser dashboard - Assisting users with billing questions, login access, product setup, and discount applications - Following response templates and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and consistency - Escalating complex issues to senior team members for further assistance - Logging ticket summaries and applying relevant tags per workflow - Maintaining a helpful, supportive tone in every message to ensure customer satisfaction
