Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshooting issues and assisting customers in resolving problems effectively.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
