Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex's Contact Centre, Connect to arenaflex (C2C). As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and that their needs are met through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide support and assistance to customers through multiple channels, including web contacts, Live Chat, and social media
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a local authority or council

  • Knowledge of digital services and platforms
  • Experience with social media and online engagement
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Fluency in Welsh or other languages
