Role Overview

As an Overnight Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support during the overnight hours, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. * Deliver exceptional live chat support during overnight hours, acting as the frontline representative of arenaflex.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for live chat support.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds.

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues on the first contact 80% of the time.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
  • Quality Monitoring: Meet or exceed quality standards for live chat support.
