Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing live chat conversations with customers, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product or sales links, and offering promotions or discounts directly through chat
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise messages
