Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer queries through live chat on arenaflex's website
- Providing accurate and timely assistance with customer inquiries, including:
+ Shipping rates and delivery information + Return policies and procedures + Available stock and product information + Other customer-related issues
- Logging in and out of the arenaflex website at the start and end of your shift
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Access to a device capable of engaging in social media and website chat functions (e.g., Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Autonomy and a strong ability to follow provided instructions
- Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week
- Reliable internet connection
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
