About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and Deepen Customer Relationships: Provide empathetic, efficient, and responsive service to our customers, building trust and loyalty through every interaction.

• Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products and services, creating a profitable, multi-line portfolio for our customers.
• Close Sales on Personal Lines Insurance: Take reactive and proactive chats to gather information and close sales on personal lines insurance, achieving daily sales and productivity standards.
• Professional Development: Thrive in an environment of change and commit to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Efficient Policy Issuance: Use resources efficiently to accurately issue policies in compliance with underwriting and state-mandated requirements.
• New Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers with navigating Esurance.com to complete the sales process and ensure a successful onboarding experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
• 0-2 Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Customer Centricity: A customer-centric approach to sales and service, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
