Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Success Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting client managers, strengthening client relationships, and facilitating smooth service delivery through escalation resolution. Your primary focus will be on improving customer satisfaction, profitability, and streamlining the client's PES screening process. You'll also play a key role in planning and executing client interactions and resolving issues with a regional team.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage primarily on Client Management deliverables upon account onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery of services

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Serve as a second-level point of contact for escalation, providing timely and effective resolution to client issues
  • Conduct process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency
  • Co-facilitate monthly and quarterly meetings with clients, ensuring alignment and progress towards shared goals
  • Manage client forecasts and co-facilitate meetings to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Management, Customer Success, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer success tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience working in a similar role at a global organization
  • Certification in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Filipino
