Responsibilities
As an Experienced Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes and procedures
- Upselling when required to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 words per minute with high accuracy
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications with ease
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
