Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Have 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Be able to type 25 wpm
  • Have a High School Graduate or GED
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Possess proven oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
  • Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Possess organization and work prioritization skills

For English-Speaking Representatives:

* Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

For Bilingual Representatives (English & Spanish):

* Fluency in English and Spanish: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are required to support our diverse customer base.

Work from Home Requirements:

* Internet Connection Requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed Download rate equal or exceeds 25.0 MBPS
  • Minimum subscribed Upload rate equal or exceeds 10.0 MBPS
  • ISP must have no packet loss and Ping under 30MS
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
