Job Summary

As a Pre-License Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members seeking general insurance enrollment information. You will work closely with our team to provide accurate and timely responses, while also learning about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from members seeking general insurance enrollment information

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to member inquiries
  • Learn about arenaflex's products and services through comprehensive paid training
  • Develop strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with members and team members
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Pre-Hire and Post-Hire Qualification Requirements

Required Qualifications

* Fluent in English with the ability to record account notes in English

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of the pre-hire screening process and background check
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and insurance products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Pre-License Training

* Comprehensive paid training program lasting two weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • 100% attendance is mandatory throughout the training, and no time off will be granted
  • Successful completion of the pre-license training program is required to advance to the Licensed Training Class

Licensed Training Class

* 10-week program consisting of 8 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of on-the-job training

  • Hourly pay remains at $18.50
  • Successful completion of the Licensed Training Class is required to become a licensed customer service representative
